Trackside Support

$750.00* /per day per car
$1,100.00* /day per car for Can Am. Indycar Formula 1. cars

At all events, there will be a charge equal to a half day trackside support for setting up our paddock space the day before the event. Any event requiring cross country travel will also require travel day charges of $400.00 per day.

* Any fees or charges incurred will be reimbursed by the customer.
**All parts, chemicals, race gas, supplies, etc. to be billed as used.

Expenses

To keep event support costs fair and transparent, shared travel and event-related expenses are divided equally among the cars being supported at each race.

Each customer is responsible for their portion of the expenses associated with getting our crew to and from the event. These expenses are calculated per mechanic and divided equally among the number of cars supported. Race car transportation is billed separately and is covered under the applicable transportation fees.

Can-Am, IndyCar, and Formula 1 cars require two mechanics for race support. Any additional expenses associated with the second mechanic are the responsibility of the individual customer.

We make every effort to secure the most cost-effective travel arrangements for our customers. Advance notice is essential and allows us to plan efficiently, coordinate logistics, and obtain the best available rates.

All entries and fees are to be sent and paid by the customer.

When pre-event test or open track days are available, DHR trackside support can be provided. All costs associated with these additional days will be billed directly to the participating customer.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 14 days prior to the race the customer will be charged an amount equal to one day’s track support.
